Carpal Tunnel Therapy
We will start with ice compressions on your arms and wrists for 20min. During this time, you will get a relaxing back/shoulder massage or foot massage. After the 20min is up we will remove the ice and start some cross fiber friction and start to break up and blockage in the wrists. This is NOT a relaxing massage this is a treatment. Depending on the severity of the carpal tunnel we will need to do multiple sessions. Recommend at least 4 sessions then once a month.

A therapist conducting a session will look at a person’s range of motion, flexibility, limitations, alignment, pain & discomfort levels. With the assistance of a trained stretch therapist, a client can go deeper into a stretch safely, effectively & without injury. These sessions are fully customizable & act as an enhancement to a client’s current wellness program. Clients who are stretched often experience improved posture, pain relief, a reduction in stress, rejuvenation & an overall feeling of well-being.
