Our Policies
Cancelation Policy
We respectfully request 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. When you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 24-hour notice, it often prevents us from filling that appointment time, inconveniencing your service provider and denying other clients the opportunity to receive the services they need while your service provider sits idle. Therefore, the following policy applies:

IMPORTANT: Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from us.
Please follow up if you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours during business hours.
First Missed Appointment: A charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee will be applied.
Subsequent Missed Appointments: For each subsequent missed appointment without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Credit Card Requirement: To book future appointments, we may request your credit card information. This allows us to apply appropriate fees if a late cancellation occurs.
Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen and illnesses occur unexpectedly. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment, we request you cancel at least 3 hours in advance.
Inclement weather may also necessitate late cancellations. We will strive to provide notice if we close due to bad weather and ask you to prioritize your safety.
No Charges for Valid Emergencies: Late cancellations due to emergencies, illness, or inclement weather generally will not result in charges. Management will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient time to complete any necessary paperwork and answer intake questions from your therapist. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise causing lateness, so if you are running late, please call us promptly. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please note the following:
Late Arrival: Appointment times are reserved for each client and cannot typically be extended beyond the scheduled time without impacting subsequent appointments. Arriving after your scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened session to ensure our next client is not delayed.
Consequences of Late Arrival: If your session is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full service fee.
Our Commitment: We strive to begin each appointment on time. In the event we are delayed, we will extend your session or adjust the service charge accordingly to compensate for any lost time.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Harmony Health & Wellness provides services solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. There is absolutely no sexual component to any provided services. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request of a sexual nature is inappropriate and will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future.
Consequences of Inappropriate Behavior:
Immediate Termination: If any inappropriate behavior is exhibited during your session, it will be terminated immediately.
Full-Service Fee: Regardless of the length of your session, you will be charged the full-service fee.
Legal Action: Depending on the severity of the behavior, we reserve the right to report the incident to local authorities.
Respectful Behavior: Please treat your service provider with respect and dignity. In return, you will receive the same level of professionalism and respect.
